A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Concho units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Concho branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Concho, AZ property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Concho roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our senior technicians are IICRC-certified and have worked everything from a clean supply-line break to a full sewage backup, so Water Damage Repair in Concho isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Concho, AZ, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Concho, AZ warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Concho property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Concho call at a time.
The most expensive Concho restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Concho line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Concho crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Concho property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Concho homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Concho accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Concho crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Concho crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
Every Concho estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Concho, AZ means Concho response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Tell our Concho dispatcher what's happening — we'll ask a few quick questions to send the right equipment on the first trip.
Our nearest available Concho crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Concho job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Concho work order, not just in an ad. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
